Andrew Aryeh

Principal, CEO

Andrew Aryeh has been actively investing in and managing New York City real estate since 2011. As the founder and principal of Lion Cub Development, Andrew oversees all acquisitions for the firm. Prior to forming Lion Cub Development, Andrew was a principal at Aryeh Realty, a 3rd generation family office that owns and manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Manhattan. At Aryeh Realty, Andrew was responsible for all new acquisitions and oversaw the daily operations for the entire portfolio. With Andrew’s leadership the company has grown tremendously over the past decade and now owns and manages a respectable and diverse real estate portfolio consisting of more than 20 properties in Manhattan.

Andrew received a Bachelor’s degree from Babson College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University. He is also the founder of the Little Champions Foundation, a charity foundation that focuses on raising money for underprivileged kids all over the world.

Alex Kahalon

Principal, COO

Alex Kahalon, with over a decade of experience in the construction and development industry of New York City Real Estate, excels in Alt-2 renovations, Alt-1 building extension developments, and ground-up projects. Throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan, Alex has taken on supervisory and principal roles, showcasing expertise in navigating diverse development challenges. Holding certifications as an SST Supervisor, DOB Construction Superintendent, DWCP Home Improvement Contractor, and DOB General Contractor, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every project.

As a Principal at Lion Cub Development Alex’s responsibilities consist of identifying the unlocked upside of potential projects, managing the property’s development stage, as well as overseeing and executing the construction phase of Lion Cub Development projects.

Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University.

Kasper Bielecki

Design & Operations

Kasper Bielecki joined Lion Cub Development in 2023, bringing his expertise in design to the realm of real estate development. As the Design & Operations Specialist, Kasper oversees web development, graphic design, and various operational tasks including but not limited to subcontractor outreach and property assessments. His standout achievement includes developing Lion Cub Development's website, effectively showcasing the company's vision and capabilities in the NYC real estate market.

Kasper holds a Bachelor's degree in Product Design. His unique blend of creative problem-solving and technical skills positions him as a key player in Lion Cub Development's growth, particularly as the company expands to ground-up development projects.
